Q1. Where are the products shipped from, and how much is the shipping fee?
All products are shipped from Japan. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.
Q2. When will my order ship?
Normally, we ship the product within 3 business days after receiving the order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
